Custom Design (No generic templates)
Every design is created specifically for your brand—your colors, your message, your vibe. No generic designs.
Editable Canva Templates
You get the final, ready-to-post PNGs and the editable Canva templates so you can easily update the content later.
1 Round of Revisions Included: I keep this simple.
Small tweaks to copy, colors, or layout are included in one review round. I want you to love the final result, but this one round keeps the project focused and on-time.
My process is designed to be focused and fast, so you get professional visuals without the agency headache.
Book Your Strategy Call
We use this focused, 30-minute call to confirm your goal for the project, the audience you're speaking to, and the aesthetic you want.
Complete a Quick Brief
After our call, you'll fill out a simple one-page form with the necessary text/copy, your brand colors (if you have them), and any visual examples you like. This brief must be submitted within 48 hours to keep your timeline on track.
Invoice & Payment
I'll send an invoice and payment link via Stripe. Payment is required before I start designing.
I Design Your Content
I create your custom designs based on our call and your brief. You will choose your preferred delivery format: PNG files only or Editable Canva templates + PNGs.
Review & Revisions (One Round Only)
I'll share your designs for review. You have one opportunity to send back all requests for light revisions at once
-Light Revisions Included: Copy tweaks, color adjustments, image swaps, or reordering slides.
-Strict Policy: Major reworks, new creative direction, or requests for a second round of revisions will require booking a separate, new project.
Final Delivery
Once the revisions are complete, I deliver your final PNGs and confirm your Canva template access. You'll also get a quick note on how to duplicate and reuse your templates.

I keep your project files. If you need more posts or updates down the road, just reach out to book another package.
Turnaround Times:
- 3-Post Package: 5–7 business days

What I Need From You:

Revisions:
- Only 1 round of light revisions is included. No extra revision rounds are available for purchase.
Delivery Formats:
- Ready-to-post PNG files via Dropbox, OR
- Editable Canva template link + PNGs
Ownership:
You receive full rights to use the final designs across all your platforms. If you choose Canva templates, you get editable access and I keep a backup for future updates
Payment & Cancellation:
- Payment required before work begins
- Cancellations before work starts: refund minus $25 admin fee
- Once work begins: no refunds (but we'll work together to get you something you love)

Can I use these designs more than once?
Yes! With the editable Canva templates, you can duplicate and customize them as many times as you want.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Not at the moment because I'm focusing solely on project-based work, but if you need regular content, you can book multiple packages back-to-back.
