I've been where you are now...

You're great at your job, but you secretly dream of leaving the 9 to 5 behind to start your own business.

You're staying for a lot of reasons.

The paycheck feels safe.

The benefits are hard to walk away from.

Maybe the environment is toxic, but it's a devil you know.

Or maybe you're just too exhausted at the end of the day to even imagine building something of your own.

I stayed too, for nearly four decades, until I burned out.

When I was laid off at 59, I had no backup plan, just fear and a lot of figuring out to do.

I built Virtually Debbie at 60, and everything I lived through in that transition — the fear, the identity crisis, the worry about what everyone would think — is exactly what I bring to this work.

If you're still in your job, you have something I didn't have: time to plan.

You don't have to wait until you're forced out, burned out, or completely fed up to start thinking about what comes next.

I know the Sunday night dread.

I know what it feels like to be good at something that's slowly draining you.

I know what it takes to finally make the leap — and how to build a life you actually want on the other side of it.

It's never too late to start something that aligns with your life and brings you joy.

There are two ways we can work together.

Pick the one that feels right for where you are right now.

If you have any questions, book a call to figure it out so we can plan your next chapter.

I look forward to working with you!

BOOK A CALL TO PLAN YOUR ESCAPE

Leap from corporate employee to entrepreneur

The Entry Point

The 90-Minute Freedom Strategy Session

Price: $497

What it is
A private 90-minute call for the woman who knows she wants to leave corporate but hasn't had a real moment to figure out what that looks like. We get honest about what you're good at, what you actually need financially, and what you can do right now to start taking your time back.

The Framework

  • Your skills: We look at what you've built over your career and where the real opportunity is

  • Your numbers: We get clear on what you actually need to feel safe leaving

  • Your next move: We identify one concrete thing you can do this week to start reclaiming your time

What you get

  • A pre-session intake form. So we hit the ground running and make the most of every minute we have together.

  • A real conversation about your business ideas. What excites you, what you know, what you want, and what people will actually pay for — all on the table.

  • Your real safety number. What you actually need financially to feel confident walking away.

  • One concrete move. Something real you can do at work this week to start taking your time back.

  • Your $497 credited to Break Up With Corporate. If you decide to keep going, every dollar you paid here applies to the 12-week program.

The Core Program

Break Up With Corporate

Price: $2,997

What it is
A 12-week private coaching program for the woman who knows she wants out but can't seem to make herself go.

You've spent years being the reliable, loyal employee, and somewhere in all of that, you lost sight of what you actually want.

This program starts there.

Before we talk about your business idea, we work on you, your confidence, your sense of self outside of your job title, and the fear that's been keeping you at that desk. None of the strategy in the world matters if you don't truly believe in every fiber of your being that you can do this.

By the time we're done, you will.

The Framework

  • Weeks 1–4: Get your head above water.
Before we build anything, we deal with where you are right now. You'll set real boundaries at work, stop bleeding energy into a job you're leaving, and get clear on what you actually want on the other side.

  • Weeks 5–8: Figure out what you're selling.
You have more to offer than you think. We take everything you've built over your career and shape it into something people will pay for, and you'll learn to talk about it like a real person, not a resume.

  • Weeks 9–12: Stop waiting and make the move.
This is where most people stay stuck forever. We work through the fear of being seen, break the habit of waiting until you feel ready, and you choose your exit date. On your terms.

What you get

  • 12 weekly private sessions. One hour, just the two of us, every week for 12 weeks. This is your safe space to be honest about what's really going on, and there's no judgment or corporate filter.

  • Money and energy tracking templates. Because building something new has to become a real priority, not something you get to when everything else is done. These keep you focused on what actually matters.

  • Legal and banking PDF checklist. A straightforward reference so the logistics don't slow you down. And if something on it confuses you, bring it to our session or shoot me an email.

  • Weekday email support. Sessions are one thing. Going back to work on Monday is another. If a fear pops up, if you're struggling to make a change we talked about, or if something threatens to derail you, I'm here. You don't have to white-knuckle it alone.

  • Bonus: Business Foundations Template. My gift to you for when you're ready to build. It's the starting point for my 12-week business program, and by then, I'll already know you, your story, and exactly what you're building.
