About Debbie Mitten
Hello new and aspiring coaches! I'm so glad you're here.
We have something great in common.
We're both super passionate about coaching.
The difference is that I have a particular skillset that can empower you with the business side of things.
You can be an AMAZING coach, but if you're getting stuck on pricing, offers, marketing and sales, you won't be able to reach the people who need your coaching. Those are the women I want to serve.
I started my coaching business at the age of 60 after spending 37 years in a corporate career behind the scenes building systems, solving complex problems, and guiding CEOs to build their companies. I'm a natural born communicator and strategist - I know what it takes to make a successful business happen.
When things get messy, that’s my sweet spot. I’m a master at bringing structure to the craziness because for me, clarity isn’t just the goal, it’s the fun part!
A lifelong introvert, I'm a creative to my core; singing, songwriting, playing guitar, painting, writing, photography, YouTube… I love it all. I’m also a huge tech nerd who can lose hours geeking out over systems just to see how they work. I get the best of all worlds by indulging both sides of my brain.
My approach is very friendly, collaborative, and grounded. My clients tell me I'm a great listener and I'm easy to work with. I gently keep people accountable to a plan in a flexible way and make sure to keep things SIMPLE.
Most of my clients are new and aspiring women coaches who are in the heart-centered spaces; the creatives, the healers, therapists, educators. It lights me up to work with these kinds of coaches and in a small way I get to contribute to the important gifts they bring to the world.

A 12-week private coaching partnership for new coaches who want structure, support, and real progress.
We start with a 90-minute strategy session to map out your next 90 days.
From there, we meet weekly to work the plan together. You’ll have space to think out loud, ask real questions, and get steady support as you build something that feels like yours.
I’ll be in your corner the whole way, helping you stay focused, clear, and supported as you move forward.

This 90-minute Clarity & Strategy Session gives you a focused roadmap without the commitment of the full 12-week package.
It's a standalone session for immediate clarity.
While the full package offers extended support and deeper implementation, this session is great by itself and you can either implement the 90 day roadmap on your own, or book individual coaching hours afterwards, as needed and as your budget allows.
